YIN Yoga

Allow us to be your guide, teaching you the techniques needed to create and maintain a steady personal practice. Our classes are designed to open, release, and deepen your motion. We offer a restorative, strengthening, and children’s classes.

This class is designed to open and release stress due to daily activities. Enjoy a slower paced class with a variety of seated and lying down poses. Revive yoga is a restorative class recommended for everyone; especially those who need to relax their hips, release the low back, increase circulation or increase range of motion.
Deep Flow
DEEP flow is a 75-minute class that emphasizes precise attention to alignment and joint mobility to help the body settle into asana (posture) and gracefully transition through vinyasa (movement). This class is simple and focused enough to be accessible to the beginning yogi, while also precise enough to challenge an advanced pratitiioner. DEEP flow helps students play in the balance between effort and ease, using props, playful playlists, and essential oils to help deepen your practice. It also ends with a small treat at the end as a reward for your hard work (hint: it’s chocolate).
Athletic Yoga
This style of yoga is physically demanding as it involves synchronizing breathing with progressive and continuous series of postures-a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, flexibility, stamina, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.

Mediation Classes

Ancient meditation techniques taught how to be in a constant state of calm and focus, the Subconscious Meditation technique brings the methods of ancient teaching and combines it with modern neurological science to provide relief and calm in any situation.

Mediation to benefit anxiety disorders, anger management, trauma victims, autism spectrum.

Kids Classes

Youth yoga class provides tools that help children navigate physical, mental and emotional barriers. We strive to create a space where all children are supported and encouraged to try new things, where they feel safe and respected, and find joy and success in connecting to community of other yogis.
